Attacking a player without a valid in character reason.

Intentionally provoking a new fight or attacking a player in any way when you were recently killed by that player. When you die you lose 30 minutes of your memory, including when you got killed.

Scamming over the limit

Scamming any player for an amount of more than $5,000 (not including 5,000, so from 5,001 and onwards).

Donation scam


Promising a player any donator item in exchange for any in-game item(s) and then not making any donation; thus scamming the player.

Placing a contract on another player with an out of character reason, without knowing their name, with no valid in character reason, or multiple times for the same interaction.

Spamming
Excessively spamming any command or text.

Metagaming

Using out of character information for in character purposes.

Mixing IC and OOC speech.
Ex: Using /g to call for backup (IC speech through OOC chat) and vice versa
1% fine, minimum $250 per level


Powergaming

This is a wide concept term and it's literal definition is varied. The concept of this term that you perform an action which your character is incapable of. Examples of this are god-like abilities. It is commonly referred to when a player powergames with the /me command. Use of the command to perform an action your character would otherwise be incapable of is considered powergaming. For example; /me takes all your money or /me takes all your guns, are examples of powergaming.

Any gun discharge exploits. Be it quickswapping, crackshooting, c-bugging, c-sliding, quickshooting or any other gun discharge exploit.

Knowingly providing a false statement to an admin

Knowingly providing a false statement to an administrator (punishment depends on severity).

Accepting exploited money and/or items

Knowingly taking or accepting or otherwise receiving, directly or indirectly, and then failing to promptly report any goods (money, materials, pot, crack etc) which were obtained by a person through hacks or exploit.

Selling any account with rank a leadership position in a gang or faction (rank 4-6 for factions and rank 5-6 for gangs)

Abusing the advertisements system.
Muted from /ads, will face progressive punishment including a fine and/or other punishment.


Releasing hitman names
Releasing the name of any hitman.

Alt-tabbing or logging off to avoid death/arrest

Pausing, disconnecting or entering Point or an Event to avoid death or arrest.

Entering Point or an Event when being pursued by Law Enforcement Officers, have Wanted stars or escaping from Castille Prison.

Using /kill to avoid interaction from any player, including LEO arrests, robberies, etc.

Alt-tabbing, logging or use of /kill to avoid hit
Pausing, disconnecting or using /kill to prevent a hitman from completing the contract on you.

Tazing a player while they are engaging in combat (actively shooting a weapon). You are not allowed to taze them from behind either.
